Reports of domain-related abuses are reviewed and addressed based on the nature of the abuse contained in the report. Well-founded reports of illegal activity received from law enforcement, consumer protection, quasi-governmental agency, or other similar authorities are promptly responded to by the Squarespace Domains team. In addition, we may take necessary action consistent with the Domain Registration Agreement in response to such a report.

In reviewing and addressing reports, a unique identifier is assigned to each report to facilitate review and any necessary action or response. We maintain the records related to well-founded reports for two years, and during such period, may provide such records to ICANN upon reasonable notice.
